group class membership - with a group class membership, you can train with unlimited sessions across strength classes, HIIT, run club, yoga, brazilian jiu-jitsu, and muay thai.
If you're interested in group classes, try us with a commitment-free trial membership here.
personal training packages - you can also opt for a tailored programme, designed just for you and your goals with 1 dedicated trainer. this includes fitness and diet programming, in-person training, and consultations.

If you're interested in Jiu-Jitsu for your kids, book a trial here.
We offer trial packages that allow you to try unlimited sessions for 2 or 4 weeks to see how we fit into your life.

We are located in the heart of Clarke Quay at 39 Carpenter street.

Our gym is a 5-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT and an 8-minute walk from Raffles Place MRT.

Yes, you can. Your trial purchase will commence 30 days after your first class booked. Your purchase remains valid for 30 days following the date of purchase.
Our memberships range from $178 to $300 depending on the package you choose. Student memberships are also available.
Personal Training Packages start at $135/session.

You will need a gi for brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes. gis are available for rent at no charge for your first class.
